Wayview Counseling values your privacy. Any personal information is used solely for scheduling, communication, and the provision of pastoral counseling. Records may be created, received, and maintained as appropriate to the pastoral care provided. The nature, scope, and retention of such records is determined at Wayview's discretion. Wayview has no general duty to produce records to any party. Additional protections may apply under Florida's clergy-penitent privilege (§90.505).
In couples work, anything shared by one partner may be disclosed to the other at the counselor's discretion.
Wayview Counseling may use third-party platforms including Gottman Connect, Weebly, Psychology Today (Sessions), and Square, among others. Wayview may also use digital tools for audio transcription, analysis, and case reflection. These services may have their own privacy policies.
Wayview Counseling cannot guarantee absolute security. However, all communications are secured to the best of our ability, and online interactions occur over secure platforms.
Coaching Services
Although the term "coaching" appears in the registered name, Wayview is not currently offering coaching services. All services provided by Wayview Counseling LLC are offered within the context of pastoral counseling.
